As the ongoing Southern California Rapid Transit District (RTD) bus strike nears the end of its sixth week, Mayor Tom Bradley appoints Adolph Koven to serve as his personal representative in the mediation process. Both parties in the dispute have agreed to Koven as he has extensive experience in dealing with transit related disputes.
