Hong Kong detective Lee goes about parenting his teenage daughter with the same stoic professionalism he brings to his job. But when on a trip to Thailand she becomes prey to an organ-harvesting ring run by corrupt police and politicians, we see that Lee’s still waters run only so deep as he unleashes his ferocious will to do everything in his power to save her.
