2017 UCLA Festival of Preservation Tour

The UCLA Festival of Preservation showcases classics of film and television, technical milestones, socially-conscious documentaries, seldom-seen independent features and other works newly restored by UCLA Film & Television Archive, spanning an entire century of moving image media.  Traveling titles from the 2017 festival include:  Trouble in Paradise  (dir. Ernst Lubitsch, 1932), Sons of the Desert  (dir. William A. Seiter, 1933), He Walked by Night  (dir. Alfred Werker, Anthony Mann, 1948), The Murder of Fred Hampton  (dir. Howard Alk, 1971), The Lost Moment  (dir. Martin Gabel, 1947) and Tramp Strategy  (dir. Alice Guy, 1911).
