Synopsis

Reporter Stan Chambers covers a demonstration in front of the Human Resources and Development Office in East Los Angeles. Calling themselves the Unemployed Chicanos, they are protesting the high unemployment rate among Latinos and are demanding that the director of HRD meet with their representatives. Footage includes people marching, carrying signs and chanting, "We want decent jobs." There is also footage of Chambers interviewing a spokesman for the group.
