Announcer introduction: "Of course Molly has known all along that Grace was nothing but a petty thief, at least... since Grace's husband, George, confessed that the two of them had come to Lastenbury to get money from the Goldbergs. But Molly, with her sublime faith in human goodness insisted that Grace be given a chance to reform. Well, she got it... and now she's on a train headed for New York with the funds of the Committee on Juvenile Delinquency. To make matters worse, George is on the train too and hasn't been heard from... and he is the only one now who can save Grace and the money. And so Molly Goldberg and her family haven't a smile between them... not one single smile... how could they, with the problem of paying back the money staring them in the face... Listen..."

Announcer close: "Molly sees her whole house of cards tumbling down on her head... and George despite all his protestations seems to have disappeared as completely as Grace... but perhaps the County Attorney knows about it..."
